Reza Sadeghi is passionate about leveraging science and technology to revolutionize R&D, shifting from traditional physical experimentation to generative, data-driven, and simulation-based solutions. He brings over 30 years of executive experience in R&D, portfolio management, and mergers and acquisitions across discrete and formulated industries.

As the Chief Strategy Officer at BIOVIA, he oversees the company’s entire portfolio and its contract research organization. Previously, Reza led global R&D at MSC, managing multi-industry teams specializing in multi-scale modeling and simulation lifecycle management, and he serves on advisory boards for U.S. National Labs.
